Nicoli Goncalves
Associate
Nicoli Goncalves joined the firm as an Associate in April of 2026, focusing her practice on general insurance defense litigation as well as workers’ compensation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Goncalves was a Deputy Attorney General with the Delaware Department of Justice. Ms. Goncalves’ litigation experience includes both bench and jury trials in the Delaware Superior Court and the Court of Common Pleas.
Ms. Goncalves earned her Bachelor of Arts from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and her Juris Doctorate from The Widener School of Law, in Wilmington, Delaware. At Widener, Ms. Goncalves was the President of the Women’s Law Caucus during her 2L and 3L years.
Ms. Goncalves is fluent in Portuguese and conversational in Spanish.
