David G. Culley

David G. Culley is a Director at Tybout, Redfearn & Pell, practicing in the areas of insurance defense, workers compensation, toxic tort, products liability, retailers’ premises liability, construction litigation, medical malpractice and the defense of employment litigation claims.
Mr. Culley is a graduate of the University of Delaware, graduating magna cum laude with distinction. He attended law school at the National Law Center of George Washington University, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi and Pi Sigma Alpha.
Mr. Culley served as a Deputy Attorney General for Delaware before joining TR&P. He practices before the Delaware state courts, as well as the District Court for the State of Delaware.
Mr. Culley is a member of the Delaware and American Bar Associations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Prevent Child Abuse Delaware, and the Board of Directors of the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg. Mr. Culley has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Delaware Insurance Authority (1993-1995), the Association of Retarded Citizens of Delaware (1992-1993), and was a member of the United States District Court Blue Ribbon Panel.
