Kimberly A. Harrison is Special Counsel with the firm, focusing her practice on representation of employers and insurance carriers involved in workers’ compensation litigation. Ms. Harrison started in private practice in 1997 and joined the firm in January 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Harrison’s practice included workers’ compensation and civil litigation defense.

Ms. Harrison earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware in 1993. She graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1996, and was admitted to practice in the State of Delaware in 1997. At Widener, Ms. Harrison was a member of the Executive Board of the Moot Court Honor Society and chaired the Delaware/Harrisburg Moot Court Competition in 1996. Ms. Harrison is admitted to practice before all Delaware state courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
